The job required the creation of elements that linked design with the metropolitan city enviroment for the care of animal wildlife (animals, birds, insects…)

Inspired on the cat colonies founded at the historical city center of Cartagena it was decided to create a refuge for these colonies of stray cats where they can be sheltered from the weather inclemences.

A series of stackable modular capsules were designed and made with polymer, this also have ramps made from plywood on a double helix configuration making the cats to go up the high up modules.

This solution allows to shelter a high amount of animals with a minimal floor space usage.

It was CAD modelled in Autodesk Fusion and then rendered in Blender
